How do I order online or request a quote?To request a quote, simply fill out the ‘Request a Quote’ form on the product page or contact us directly. When completing the form: Select your preferred product and specify the fabric range and fabric code. You can refer to our Fabric Portfolio to browse all available options. Add any additional details in the comments section. Once your request is submitted, we will send you a personalised quote. After you approve the quote, an invoice will be issued with payment options. Your order will be processed as soon as the 50% deposit is made.

What are your customisation options?All of our listed products can be customised to suit your unique needs. This includes adjustments to dimensions, fabric choices, elevation views, leg styles, and comfort levels—allowing you to create a piece that seamlessly fits into your space and lifestyle. Will customisation drastically change the price? Not necessarily. Our factory is designed to accommodate customisation efficiently, so pricing remains based on the original product in the selected fabric range. The final cost will depend on: Fabric choice: Prices vary across different fabric ranges. Level of customisation: Minor adjustments may have little to no impact, while significant modifications (such as increased size or major structural changes) will affect the price. Material & fabric usage: Changes that require additional materials or increased fabric quantity will be factored into the pricing. We aim to keep customisation accessible while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please note: Our custom-made products are designed in accordance with Sofas Inc design and manufacturing standards (including all upholstery methods).

What does LHS and RHS mean?LHS means Left Hand Side, and RHS means Right Hand Side. These terms describe the sofa’s orientation when you are facing it. All relevant products on our website show both orientations to help you decide which option works best for your space. When placing an order, please specify your preferred orientation.

Do you offer delivery?Yes, We offer delivery services, and you are also welcome to collect your sofa directly from us.

What is Edition II and how is it different?Edition II sofas come with a thicker seat cushion (150 mm) compared to our standard thickness (125 mm). Back cushions on Edition II have a wider gusset (strip around back cushion), compared to your standard gusset thickness. Both of these features result in a different look and feel to the design, giving a bulkier (more plush) appearance in comparison to the sleeker look of our standard sofas. Our Edition II range includes a thicker seating foam with more resilience.

Do your sofas come standard with clips?Yes, Certain products include interlocking brackets (clips) as standard to secure the sections. However, some designs do not require clips based on their structure.

Do you have more fabric options?Yes, We have additional options in store. We can also source further options based on your requirements from all major fabric houses.

Can MasterGuard be applied to any sofa?We offer MasterGuard fabric protection to our Sahara/Dune/Etosha/Corduroy ranges. This service comes with a three year warranty/protection plan from MasterGuard. The FibreGuard & Carefree, as well as the Kalahari fabric ranges do not require MasterGuard due to built in stain protection.

Are cushion covers removable for cleaning purposes?Yes. All cushion covers have zips, and the inner bag can be removed from the top cushions and the foam can be removed from the bottom cushions. Guidelines must be followed when cleaning any textiles to ensure longevity. Click here. If you have trouble refitting either the back cushions or bottom, please contact us and we can assist you.

Do you accept purchases on lay-bye?Yes, Three equal instalments are required (1-month apart) and you will receive your order on the final instalment date (2-months from first instalment date).

Can I come and view your products on weekends?Yes. The showroom is open from 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.
