  • What does LHS and RHS mean?

  • Do you have sofas available for immediate purchase?
Yes, We frequently have listed products and prototypes in our Off The Floor room available for immediate purchase.
  • What is Edition II and how is it different?
Edition II sofas come with a thicker seat cushion (150 mm) compared to our standard thickness (125 mm). Back cushions on Edition II have a wider gusset (strip around back cushion), compared to your standard gusset thickness. Both of these features result in a different look to the design, giving a bulkier (more plush) appearance in comparison to the sleeker look of our standard sofas. Our Edition II range includes a thicker seating foam with more resilience.
  • Why does the seating on my new sofa feel slightly firmer than what I experienced in the showroom?
The slight firmness of your new sofa's seating is due to the break-in period required for the new polyurethane foam. During this time, the foam settles and adjusts to your body and weight. The duration of this settlement period can vary. It may take a few weeks to fully break in, with normal use. This process can extend up to around 6 weeks. Rest assured, your sofa will gradually become more comfortable as it conforms to your preferences over time.
  • How do I clean my sofa?
Visit our fabric maintenance & cleaning page for further details depending on your specific fabric. Click here
  • Do you offer delivery?
Yes, We do offer delivery services at additional cost. Delivery cost is calculated based on your location as well as the size of the sofa. The majority of our sofas will fit on a standard pickup/bakkie, if you would like to collect.
  • Why do some of the fabrics in the product photos differ from the same fabrics in the fabric portfolio?
This is due to the light variation of how the photo was taken. The fabric portfolio has images that have been taken to ensure the true colour and texture of the fabric is portrayed. Although every effort has been made, there still might be some variations. Please come and view the fabrics if you are concerned.
  • Do your sofas come standard with clips?
Certain listed products will come with interlocking brackets (clips) as standard to secure the sections. Some of our designs do not require clips.
  • Do you have more fabric options?
Yes, We have additional options in store. We can also source further options based on your requirements from all major fabric houses.
  • Can MasterGuard be applied to any sofa?
We offer MasterGuard fabric protection to our Sahara/Dune/Etosha/Corduroy ranges. This service comes with a three year warranty/protection plan from MasterGuard. The FibreGuard & Carefree, as well as the Kalahari fabric ranges do not require MasterGuard due to built in stain protection.
  • Why are there FibreGuard fabrics in the Kalahari Fabric Range and not all in the FibreGuard & Carefree Fabric Range?
The FibreGuard fabrics that are in the Kalahari Range are higher priced textiles in comparison to the FibreGuard fabrics in the FibreGuard & Carefree Range. This is due to a variety of factors such as more complicated weaves as well as additional protection against bacteria, mildew, odour and microbials.
  • Are cushion covers removable for cleaning purposes?
Yes. All cushion covers have zips, and the inner bag can be removed from the top cushions and the foam can be removed from the bottom cushions. Guidelines must be followed when cleaning any textiles to ensure longevity. Click here. If you have trouble refitting either the back cushions or bottom, please contact us and we can assist you.
